For PC Users
1. Open Your Browser’s Developer Tools
Use one of the following shortcuts depending on your browser:
- Google Chrome/Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + I
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + K
- Right-click anywhere on the page.
- Select Inspect or Inspect Element from the menu.
2) Switch to the Required Tabs
In the Developer Tools panel:- Click on the Network tab.
- Click on the Console tab (keep both visible if possible).
3. Reproduce the Issue
- Reload the page (press Ctrl + R) while keeping the Network tab open.
- Perform the actions that led to the issue.
4. Capture the Information
Screenshots:- Expand the Developer Tools panel to ensure all details are visible.
- Use the PrtScn button or Windows + Shift + S to take a screenshot.
- Save the screenshot in a convenient location.
- Use a screen recording tool like OBS Studio, Loom, or the built-in Xbox Game Bar (Windows + G).
- Record your screen while reproducing the issue, ensuring the Network and Console tabs are visible.
- Save the video file.
For Mac Users
