Receipts

Login to Helio Dashboard and toggle between the merchant/buyer view at the top of the page to see a list of all your orders with receipts. Easily access your transaction receipts, manage subscriptions and claim Discord memberships.

Manage Accounts & Wallets

From the top right menu, toggle to:

• Account Settings: review your buying stats including lifetime spending, HelioX pass status and update your socials such as email, X & Discord
• Manage Wallets: link additional wallets to your Helio account
• Helio Wallet: set up a self custody wallet for easy on/off ramp

Refunds

If you would like a refund, please contact the merchant directly. We've made it very easy for merchants to refund directly from the Helio dashboard.
