Sharing Screen Recordings with Inspect Mode Enabled
Learn how to share screen recordings to Helio support
To help the Helio support team diagnose and resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may request screenshots or a video with your browser's Inspect Mode enabled. This process allows us to view the Network and Console tabs, which provide valuable debugging information. Below is a step-by-step guide for both PC and Mac users on how to enable Inspect Mode and capture the required information.
For PC Users
1. Open Your Browser's Developer Tools
Use one of the following shortcuts depending on your browser:
Google Chrome/Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + I
Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + K
Alternatively:
Right-click anywhere on the page.
Select Inspect or Inspect Element from the menu.
2. Switch to the Required Tabs
In the Developer Tools panel:
Click on the Network tab.
Click on the Console tab (keep both visible if possible).
3. Reproduce the Issue
Reload the page (press Ctrl + R) while keeping the Network tab open.
Perform the actions that led to the issue.
4. Capture the Information
Screenshots:
Expand the Developer Tools panel to ensure all details are visible.
Use the PrtScn button or Windows + Shift + S to take a screenshot.
Save the screenshot in a convenient location.
Video:
Use a screen recording tool like OBS Studio, Loom, or the built-in Xbox Game Bar (Windows + G).
Record your screen while reproducing the issue, ensuring the Network and Console tabs are visible.
Save the video file.
For Mac Users
1. Open Your Browser's Developer Tools

Google Chrome/Safari: Press Cmd + Option + I
Firefox: Press Cmd + Option + K
Alternatively:
Right-click anywhere on the page.
Select Inspect or Inspect Element from the menu.

Click on the Network tab.
Click on the Console tab (keep both visible if possible).
